Telephonic assistance was available, aur kuch baatein clear kar di with their explanations, so that was helpful. Lekin jab technical problems aayi, like the dialer not syncing properly with the database, toh mujhe zyadatar answers documents mein search karne pade. Overall, communication thoda formal tha, koi zyada friendly ya quick responses nahi diye minding the priority assistance part. Koi main issue nahi hai, but definitely mujhe laga tha ki it should be more straightforward, specially during onboarding where you want quick answers. I gave it a fair try, and it was okay for basic queries but for thoda complex issues, it was time-consuming. Fir bhi, agar aap patient ho support se deal karne mein, then it could work for you.
