Honestly, support was kind of confusing
The explanations during the support calls were mostly unclear, making it tough to follow what I should do next. While the representative was polite, their instructions felt complicated and occasionally contradictory. There was one time when the database setup went somewhat smoothly, but overall, I struggled to get clear guidance. I wish the communication had been more straightforward and patient so I could have understood the processes better. It felt like I was left figuring out most things by myself after the call.
