However, after using it, I found the software interface to be more complicated and less intuitive than I thought it would be. The initial onboarding was slower than anticipated, and the software seemed to require frequent manual updates, which was frustrating because I had expected automatic updates to handle that seamlessly. Also, the calling tools sometimes lagged or disconnected, which wasn't something I had prepared for. In contrast, I was hoping for a smooth workflow integration with little ongoing effort. The payment process was clear enough, but overall the experience didn't align with what I thought I was getting. If I were explaining this to a friend, I'd say the software 'works but can be a hassle' because it doesn't quite meet the ease-of-use level I hoped for considering the promises made. I appreciate some features, but the actual product felt like a compromise rather than a perfect fit for remote tasks.
