Honestly, not what I expected from my previous tools
I had used other software platforms before considering something new from WorkFromHomeIndia, hoping for improvements in ease of use and reliability. Unfortunately, this product did not meet those expectations. The sign-up process was okay, but once I started trying to use the calling tools and the dialer, I found them quite frustrating. The interface felt less intuitive compared to what I was used to, and I struggled with database features that seemed less responsive and harder to manage. The automatic updates sometimes disrupted my workflow rather than enhancing it, which was disappointing. I had hoped the telephonic support would be quick and helpful, but I encountered delays and unclear guidance when I reached out for help. The invoice and payment process was standard but did not stand out. Overall, compared to previous software I have worked with, this felt more cumbersome and less practical, making me hesitant to recommend it to someone looking for a smooth switch.
