When I first tried accessing the software, things just did not go smoothly. The login process kept giving errors, and sometimes the dashboard wouldn’t load properly. I ended up reinstalling multiple times which was annoying and waste of time. On the plus side, once I managed to get in, the basic features were okay enough to use without constant crashes. But honestly, the initial access problems made me doubt if the system was stable enough for daily work. I really think they need to improve the reliability part because waiting and retrying shouldn’t be part of the onboarding experience. It just left me with a pretty meh feeling as I wasn't sure if using it long term would be feasible or more frustrating.
