I tried to get started several times but har baar kuch na kuch problem aati rahi. Software ka interface theek tha but kaha se shuru karu ye samajh nahi aaya. Support team ko call kiya tha, they were polite and provided some info, but mujhe lagta hai ki response thoda slow tha and asaani se solution nahi mila. Training videos thodi confusing thi, clear instructions nahi mile, and dialer set up karne mein kaafi time lag gaya. Database feature bhi mujhe ajeeb laga because it didn’t match mere kaam ke tareeke ke saath achhi tarah. Sign-up and payment toh ho gaya easily par pura process frustrating ban gaya kyunki sab kuch smoothly nahi chala. Mujhe lagta hai ki main dubara try karungi ya nahi ye depend karega ki support aur training improve karte hain ya nahi. Otherwise, agar tumhare paas patience hai aur tum seekhna chahte ho, toh shayad tumhe yeh thoda madad karega. Mujhe lagta hai ki abhi ke liye main iske liye ready nahi hoon.
