Honestly, it took way too much time just to get started
I had this idea that signing up and getting payments sorted would be quick, but that wasn’t the case. The sign-up was fine initially, but then came billing and invoicing, which felt like a maze. Setting up payment details took longer than expected because the instructions weren’t very clear. I spent quite some time back and forth figuring out how to manage invoices and what the automatic updates meant for my billing setup. The database tool was fine but didn’t help much with this part. I got on calls with support, but those calls weren’t always convenient with my schedule, and sometimes I needed to wait before someone could guide me properly. The dialer and calling tools were smooth, but honestly, they felt like a small part compared to the hassle of payments. I mean, I think the software is solid otherwise, but the time slippage on getting the payment side settled is what struck me most. So if you ask me to sum it up like I’m telling a friend, I would say it’s great once running but takes a long haul upfront, which might test your patience.
