Honestly, it’s not what you’d expect day to day
Look, you guys got me interested with the initial pitch and the sign-up was okay, but what really counts is how the software performs daily, right? From day two onwards, things started to feel less smooth. The dialer sometimes froze, and I found the database syncing slow and buggy more than once. I understand occasional glitches are normal, but this was regular enough to be annoying. The automatic updates sometimes changed the layout, and while change isn’t a problem itself, the inconsistencies made it hard to get used to it. Support was available, but calling them to solve day-to-day problems was frustrating because explanations were often unclear and it felt like talking in circles. Also, the invoicing system was fairly straightforward, but sometimes I wasn’t sure if payments had been fully processed until I double-checked. If I were telling a friend, I’d say it’s a decent product that needs more polish to handle ongoing demands better, especially since these hiccups got in the way of a reliable daily use. You should definitely think about how this experience evolves beyond the initial setup because repeating technical troubles is a big dampener.
