Honestly, it's been a tough slog with setup and support
From the get-go, I found the initial setup process to be unnecessarily complicated for me. It wasn’t clear what parts were supposed to be one-time configurations and what needed ongoing tweaks, so I was always second-guessing if I’d missed a step. When I tried to get help, customer support was reachable over the phone, but the responses felt scripted and didn’t directly address my difficulties. A lot of the communication seemed to go over my head as they assumed a level of tech knowledge that I didn’t have. Even the billing side was more confusing than expected; invoices weren’t always clear on what service period they covered, so I kept worrying about payments. The calling tools didn’t perform consistently across the week either, with the dialer dropping calls randomly, which caused frustration. While there was a simple sign-up flow, the rest of the process felt like a maze I had to navigate without proper guidance. To sum it up to a friend, I’d say the software promised much but the actual experience was full of hurdles, and the support wasn’t as helpful as I hoped.
