Honestly, it just worked out okay
I gotta say, by the end of all the training and setting up the WFHI tools, I felt pretty confident about what I was doing. The onboarding process was a bit of a slog—lots of downloading materials, navigating databases, and figuring out the dialer settings—but once you get past the initial phase, things fall into place. The software generally worked as it promised, and automatic updates kept everything running smoothly without me having to intervene much. Payment and invoicing were straightforward, and though the telephonic support calls took patience, they did help when I needed them. If you ask me, after all that, I’d tell a friend it’s worth it to stick it out through the beginning because the system does become manageable and even reliable over time.
