Honestly, it just didn’t fit my working hours at all
From the start, I was thinking the training would fit into my schedule, but it really didn’t. The live sessions were at times when I already had other work commitments, so attending without distractions was next to impossible. Because the training and onboarding didn’t align with my actual working hours, I noticed my focus suffered and I wasn’t able to absorb the material properly. I also found that the recorded sessions were quite long and dense, which didn’t help since I could only watch them in bits and pieces. That broken flow made it harder to get a handle on the software’s dialer and database features. I kept expecting the process to be more flexible, especially since I work odd shifts. Unfortunately, it felt like the system assumed a fixed schedule that didn’t match mine. So when I think about recommending this to friends, I’ll be honest and say it might not be the best fit if your hours are irregular or you need flexible timing for training.
