Honestly, it handled hiccups better than I expected
I have to say, when I first signed up and started going through the sales and pre-purchase information, a couple of things went a bit sideways. There were a few moments when details I thought were in the product description didn’t exactly match what I saw in the software preview. I was a bit unsure at first about how the calling tools would integrate, but it turned out they were functioning fine after all once I got into the training. I guess my main takeaway, which I’d tell a friend, is that the process was on the whole smartly handled even when things didn’t go perfectly. There was good follow-up communication, and the support team was patient, which helped me feel that they had my back. I also got clear invoices and the payment was securely processed without any hassle. It’s not like it was perfect, but the moment you feel stuck, they do enough to get you sort of back on track. So, if you ask me, it’s safe to say the experience was trustworthy and I’d recommend it with that caveat.
