honestly, it felt more like one big setup hassle than ongoing support
If I’m going to explain this to a friend, I’d say the whole sales and setup felt a bit overwhelming and honestly not worth the trouble for what I got. Right from the start, there was a lot of focus on all the one-time setups like account creation, inputting client info into the database, and initial training sessions that took quite a while. I had expected less upfront work and more easy, ongoing support to help me adapt as I went. But the onboarding felt very front-loaded—once I finished the initial setup, the ongoing support or communication felt thin and not very reassuring. The dialer and calling tools didn’t seem to integrate well enough with my workflow and support calls didn’t give me much confidence that issues would be resolved quickly in the future. Even the automatic updates, which should help, sometimes caused more confusion than clarity. Overall, compared to what I hoped, it felt like a one-off hassle without the continuous backup I thought I'd get. The sales pitch made it seem like ongoing support was a big part of the package, but really, I mostly dealt with a heavy setup phase and little after that to keep things running smoothly.
