Honestly, it felt more like a trial for me than a solution
When I first started with the WFHI software and training, I thought it would offer a straightforward way to manage remote workflows, but I quickly realized I had to figure out most things by myself. The onboarding flow was supposed to guide me, yet many of the steps required me to search around and experiment, which was frustrating. The dialer and calling tools didn't integrate smoothly with my existing systems, forcing me to spend additional time setting up databases and workflows from scratch. I appreciate that automatic updates rolled out, but without clear communication or accompanying guidance, I often found that changes disrupted my setup. Even the invoicing and payment process wasn't as seamless as I'd hoped; the sign-up was fairly simple, but understanding the billing cycles and managing payments took more effort. Telephonic support was somewhat slow to respond and lacked depth, so for many issues, I was left to solve problems on my own. While I can see value for some users willing to invest the time, for me, it felt like I was charting unknown waters without a reliable compass. Overall, the product promised ease but delivered a complex experience that I struggled to navigate and adapt to my working style.
