Honestly, it felt more confusing than helpful
From the moment I tried to access the software after signing up, I found it quite frustrating because the instructions and explanations offered were not very clear. The steps to get started with the dialer and database functions seemed to jump around without a straightforward path, making it difficult to understand exactly what to do next. I was hoping for better clarity on how to navigate the features and how the automatic updates would affect my setup, but the details provided left me confused. I even tried calling the telephonic support, but the responses felt scripted and didn't really help resolve my confusion. To put it simply, if I were telling a friend about my experience, I would say it felt like being handed a manual in a foreign language. I expected more transparent guidance from the beginning to make the software usable, but unfortunately, it just did not work out that way for me.
