Honestly, it felt like going in circles with no real progress
When I started the training and onboarding for the WFHI software, I expected a straightforward process that would get me to grips with the remote workflow tools fairly quickly. Unfortunately, what I endured felt quite the opposite. There was a lot of repetition across tutorials, often revisiting the same concepts without adding new useful insights. At one point, I waited over 24 hours for access to a key part of the training dashboard, which broke the momentum completely. Despite these setbacks, I will admit that some parts of the initial onboarding videos were helpful, especially the introduction to the database management features. Still, the continual delays and unnecessary reiterations made me question if the time spent was efficient or if I had missed a shortcut somewhere. If I were telling a friend about this experience, I'd say it was frustrating because progress felt glacial even though the software itself seemed promising. So, while I don’t totally doubt it could work well enough, the onboarding just wasn’t right for me and left me with mixed feelings overall.
