Honestly, it didn’t work out like I told my friends
I had high hopes for WFHI when I started looking at their offerings, but as days passed, the experience didn’t line up with what I’d expected from the marketing pitch. The sign-up process was fine, and the initial setup of the database feature seemed promising, but day-to-day use became frustrating. Automatic updates sometimes arrived without clear notice, which disrupted the workflows I had just put in place. The dialer tool worked sporadically, connecting well one day, and then dropping calls or failing to log them correctly another. What stood out most was inconsistency over time; it wasn’t one isolated hiccup but repeated issues that slowed my progress. Plus, although the onboarding training tried to build confidence, I found it lacking in practical depth to troubleshoot real problems beyond basic usage. Telephonic support was responsive at first but felt stretched thin after a week or so, with slower replies and less clear guidance. I kept trying to adapt the setup hoping improvements would come with updates, but overall, the system never stabilized enough for me to feel I could rely on it for efficient remote work. It might be fine for someone with simpler needs or more patience for software quirks, but I found it too unreliable and unsupported on ongoing use to recommend. So to sum it up to a friend, it’s a tool with occasional glimmers but ultimately too many daily frustrations to be worth the trouble for me.
