Honestly, it all felt pretty confusing to me

I wasn’t clear on what exactly I was supposed to get when I first saw the website and services offered. The descriptions talked about software and training, but did not say clearly what kind of workflows or daily tasks were covered. There was a lot of jargon thrown around, and I had some reservations about whether this would really suit my setup. Trying to reach support before purchase was tricky because I kept waiting on calls and messages without clear follow-up. The sign-up and payment details were buried inside a few pages, and the invoices looked a bit confusing with no clear explanation on what recurring costs were involved. I really wanted a simpler, more transparent description so that I didn’t have to guess if the software with calling tools and database would work for me. Overall, my advice to a friend would be to be cautious and ask a lot of questions because it wasn’t straightforward. It’s not that it’s a bad tool, but the pre-purchase explanation wasn’t quite there for me, and that made me frustrated before even starting.
