When I started looking into the software and training, I assumed there would be a more hands-on demo or a walkthrough from salespeople before buying, but much of it was left for me to discover on my own after signing up. I expected a smoother pre-purchase experience with detailed explanations and more guidance, but instead the portal and training materials required a lot of self-study. That wasn’t inherently bad; it means you learn by doing, which can be effective once you commit to it. Still, if you need all your questions answered upfront, be prepared to do some digging yourself. I found the invoicing and payment system easy enough once I figured out the flow, though it took a few attempts. So if I were telling a friend, I’d say it’s a robust software with solid training, but expect to spend time working it out yourself rather than getting all the answers in one go.
