Honestly, I’d say the onboarding just didn’t support mistakes well
Looking back after some time, I realize I was quite frustrated with how the training and onboarding handled things when I hit problems. The software wasn’t very forgiving when I tried to reset or redo certain steps; the instructions didn’t offer much help for errors or setbacks. When I faced issues logging in or navigating the dialer, the training materials seemed rigid without accommodating those common real-world hiccups. Even telephonic support, while available, felt unprepared to guide me smoothly through these problems. It was as if the system assumed everything would go perfectly, which it obviously didn’t for me. The payment and sign-up parts were okay at the start, but since I was stuck so much in the onboarding phase, that didn’t really help in the end. I wish there had been more patience and simpler error recovery options included in the training so I could have learned without so many frustrations. To explain it to a friend, I’d say it was like trying to run before learning to walk, and that made the experience quite overwhelming for me.
