honestly felt a bit all over the place, not bad tho
So I started the training and onboarding with kinda low expectations so that was good. The timing for the sessions mostly didn't line up well with the hours I usually work since it's all remote and flexible. Sometimes the calls were scheduled too early and other times too late in the day. The training modules themselves were a mix — some parts easy to follow while others kinda rushed and hard to catch in one go. I appreciated the follow-up support calls that tried to explain things again but still felt like the whole flow was a bit scattered without a solid rhythm. On the bright side, the software updates kept coming and fixed some bugs. Overall, the onboarding felt like an okay start but not super smooth or perfectly tailored to working hours I'd prefer.
