Maine socha tha support thoda help karega but honestly itna confused aur frustrated main pehle kabhi nahi hua. Calls lene ke baad bhi lagta tha ki koi clear answer nahi de raha tha. Jo labels aur instructions diye the software mein, unka matlab samajhna mushkil tha, aur jab maine support se check kiya toh unhone bhi acha clear nahi kiya. Invoice aur payment wale questions ke liye bhi koi direct answer nahi mila. Maine repeat kiya apne doubts telephonic support mein, par lagta tha unko meri problem ka samajh hi nahi tha. Overall experience itna disappointing tha ki soch rahi hoon ab dusri jagah try karungi. Database ya dialer use karne mein bhi confusion raha aur updates ke baad kuch cheezein aur complicated ho gayi. Mujhe lagta hai ki yahan support system ko seriously sudharna chahiye warna log ko nuksan hoga. Bahut frustrating tha ye pura experience, na main khush hoon na confident ab.
