honestly, expected better access and smoother software
I was hoping that the WFHI software would let me dive straight into remote workflows without many issues, but the experience didn’t quite meet those expectations. Accessing the platform was sometimes tricky, especially during peak hours when the system felt slower than I anticipated. The dialing tool, which I thought would streamline my outreach, instead had lag issues and occasional connection drops that hampered progress. On the positive side, the database feature did hold up well and facilitated some of my organization needs adequately. However, during onboarding, the training didn't fully prepare me for the quirks I encountered in software navigation. It also seemed like automatic updates introduced changes without much guidance, adding to the confusion instead of easing it. If I had to sum it up for a friend, I'd say it’s decent but could be frustrating if you rely heavily on instant access and smooth functionality. It’s not terrible, but definitely below what I hoped for given the promises. I’ll keep exploring to see if improvements come through, but overall, I was let down by how clunky the software felt throughout.
