I signed up expecting to navigate easily but wow, it was a mess. Every time I tried to locate basic features, it felt like chasing shadows. The database seemed totally disconnected from any logic I could follow. I kept clicking around but the search barely worked, and the categories felt unclear. Honestly, if I had known it would be this hard to find what I needed, I might not have bothered. The dialer was useless when I tried to work on calls since nothing led me smoothly where I wanted. Even the onboarding flow didn’t help much to clear things up. I was pretty frustrated because the software repeatedly failed to deliver a clear path, and that’s probably why I ended up wasting a lot of time without any real progress. Overall, just not worth my effort. Felt like I was just stuck without support that could fix the experience.
