Honest verdict on software and access

Reflecting on my time using the WFHI software, I found it to be a mixed experience. On one hand, I appreciated the flexibility it offered — especially with features like automatic updates which kept things relatively current without my direct intervention. However, the onboarding flow turned out to be less intuitive than I initially assumed. There were several areas, particularly around setting up the database and understanding the calling tools, where I felt I was figuring things out on my own more than expected. Although the basic sign-up and invoicing processes were straightforward and well-structured, integrating the dialer into my workflow required trial and error. Telephonic support was accessible but sometimes slow to address my specific questions, leaving me to navigate some glitches independently. While I valued the priority assistance for urgent matters, I noticed that real-time follow-up was inconsistent. Overall, I think the software is fairly robust but not entirely plug-and-play. The learning curve could be sharper, and better structured training at the start might have saved me considerable time and puzzles. So after reflecting, I’d rate the experience as fair but definitely with room to improve.
