Honest thoughts on the onboarding experience
At first, the training sessions felt just right and the onboarding team was fairly responsive to the questions I had. They usually got back to me within a reasonable timeframe, though sometimes it did take longer than I wanted when I needed quick clarifications. The software platform itself guided me along with clear instructions on the dashboard, and the calling tools and dialer were explained well. However, as I went deeper into customizing workflows and using the database feature more extensively, I found that some responses to technical queries were delayed or a bit vague, which made me work a little harder on my own to figure things out. Still, the automatic updates usually included helpful notes about changes, so that aspect didn’t add to confusion. I felt the telephonic support was courteous but occasionally busy, causing slight delays. Looking back, I’d say the onboarding was quite okay though it left me toggling between waiting for help and trying things on my own. If a friend asked me, I’d be honest and say it wasn’t perfect but manageable once you get through the initial hurdles.
