honest mix: some parts smooth, some parts clunky
Honestly the setup had its ups and downs. I liked that the initial sign-up was pretty straightforward, and the database feature integrated easily with the project info I already had. That part felt pretty smooth and one-off, so it didn’t give me headaches later. However, when it came to ongoing maintenance and updates, things got a bit tricky. The automatic updates sometimes conflicted with custom workflows I was trying to keep consistent. Also, telephonic support was a bit hit or miss — sometimes they answered quickly and helped clarify, but other times the wait was long and the answers didn’t quite resolve my doubts. Overall, while I think the software offers good basics and some solid tools for managing remote work, managing the balance between one-time setup and continuous adaptations needed was a bit uneven for me. I’m neither fully annoyed nor fully satisfied, just somewhere in the middle as it spun on through my use.
