I found the onboarding and training sessions to be very responsive to all my questions, which made adapting to the software noticeably easier. The team was prompt and seemed genuinely committed to assisting at each step of the way. That said, this level of interaction means it best suits people who are proactive and ready to engage fully with the training. Anyone expecting a hands-off approach might find the pace and detailed explanations a bit intense. For me, this was a positive, as consistent feedback helped clarify the features in a timely manner. The training responsiveness would not suit those who prefer minimal involvement but is ideal for learners keen on mastering the remote workflow platform efficiently.
