Here’s what I’d tell a friend about WFHI’s software
Overall, I felt reasonably confident by the time I got used to the WFHI software, but it wasn’t a smooth start. The access and sign-up process was clear and reasonable, which gave me some initial trust. However, I struggled with some confusing labels and the dialer took some time to figure out, so I wasn’t immediately comfortable using it. On the plus side, the training sessions really helped clarify some sticky points, and by the end of the week, I felt competent enough to rely on the features for daily tasks. Still, certain parts of the database were less intuitive to me, and automated updates sometimes introduced minor glitches that slowed me down a bit. I’d say to a friend that if they’re okay with spending some time getting their head around it, WFHI can be a useful tool, but don’t expect it to be plug-and-play from the very beginning. The support line helped here and there, though sometimes there was a wait.
