Here's what I'd tell a friend about the onboarding
When I began the training and onboarding process with WFHI's software, I quickly realized that while there was a structured path laid out, I still had to figure out quite a bit on my own. The initial modules introduced the basics, but some of the more advanced features required me to experiment and troubleshoot independently. That felt a bit daunting at first, especially because remote workflows call for precision and efficiency. On the plus side, this approach encouraged me to really engage with the platform rather than passively follow instructions. By the time I got comfortable using the calling tools and dialer, I felt a solid sense of ownership over my work setup. Nevertheless, I think the onboarding would have been smoother with a bit more hand-holding or examples especially related to database integration and automatic updates. Some of these features aren’t immediately intuitive unless you’ve dealt with similar tools before. In summary, it wasn’t completely straightforward, but the learning curve was manageable, and discovering the software’s potential on my own made me confident that I can rely on it moving forward.
