here’s the honest truth about the sign-up wait and repeats

I found that when I was going through the sign-up and pre-purchase stages, there was some repetition that felt a bit tedious but also a method to the process. For example, the initial forms asked for information that later reappeared on other screens, which meant re-verifying data more than once. At first, this felt like unnecessary repetition, but then I appreciated it as a double-check to avoid errors in invoicing or profile setup. The waiting time for initial confirmation was sometimes longer than I expected—occasionally it felt slow, especially when I was eager to start using the software and training. However, the downside to this slower pace was that the system didn’t feel rushed, which gave clarity and time to absorb the onboarding instructions. When I eventually received access, everything was ready and functioning smoothly, so that made the wait worthwhile. If I were explaining to a friend, I’d say: it isn’t lightning-fast but it’s thorough and careful, so be prepared for some patience but know it’s for a good reason. Overall, the balance between repetition and waiting didn’t feel like a deal breaker but more like a cautious approach to get things right at the start.
