Here’s the honest truth about the responsiveness
To be fair, the responsiveness I experienced was somewhat of a mixed bag. On one hand, when I first reached out with pre-purchase questions, the replies came fairly quickly which helped keep my momentum going. However, as I moved deeper into the sign-up and invoice queries, the responses slowed down noticeably. I appreciated how some team members were clear and patient, but a couple of times, I felt like I had to repeat myself or wait longer than expected for clarifications on the database features and calling tools. This inconsistency threw me off a bit, making the overall support effort feel uneven with a chance for improvement. The onboarding flow was straightforward enough, yet the unclear timing of follow-up messages added some frustration. On the plus side, automatic updates didn’t seem to disrupt my workflow, which meant that, despite the varying response times, the functionality stayed dependable. If the telephonic support had maintained the initial quick pace throughout, I believe the experience would have been smoother. In the end, I’m sitting with a neutral stance because the project started well but ended with some bumps that lowered my enthusiasm, though it didn’t disrupt the process completely.
