Here’s my verdict on the software access experience
Looking back at my time using WFHI’s software, I’d say it was largely positive but did require some self-driven exploration. Initially, the onboarding flow did guide me through the basics, but beyond that, a lot of features needed me to figure things out solo. For instance, the dialer was intuitive enough, yet setting up and customizing it took trial and error before I was fully comfortable. The database feature was powerful but felt underdocumented, so I had to spend some time researching to get the best out of it. Automatic updates happened without fuss and didn't interfere with my work, which was a nice touch. Support was available when I needed it, though I only called once or twice because I found most solutions on my own. The invoicing and payment process was clear and hassle-free from the start. All things considered, the software offers a lot, but you shouldn’t expect everything to be spelled out perfectly in the tutorials. There’s a bit of learning curve that’s manageable if you’re patient and willing to experiment before you fully master all the tools.
