Here’s how the onboarding and training actually felt over time
The training sessions provided a solid introduction to the software, especially the dialer and database features. I found that while the initial onboarding was smooth, daily use revealed some quirks. For instance, automatic updates sometimes reset minor preferences, which meant I had to reconfigure settings regularly. On the other hand, the support team was accessible when issues arose, though not always immediately. The day-to-day workflow became more manageable after the first week, as I got used to their user interface and calling tools. Sign-up and payment processes were generally clear but could use some simplification. I’d say overall it’s a mixed bag: the software works well but could improve in stability and ease-of-use beyond the first setup steps.
