Here’s how it went down when things didn’t work
I was interested in the product, so I signed up and started the pre-purchase process but things didn’t go quite as smoothly as I thought. The sales process seemed straightforward but when I ran into some issues with account activation, I waited longer than expected for a response. The automated email updates didn’t reflect the actual status accurately, which was confusing. When I reached out via phone, the support I got was as expected but it wasn’t enough to fix the delay immediately. I needed to push a bit to get clear answers on what was happening. The onboarding training materials were okay but didn’t address some problems I faced initially. It felt like there wasn’t a clear contingency plan for when things went wrong during setup, and I ended up doing some work on my own to figure basic issues out. I wouldn’t describe the experience as a smooth handover or clear support flow. It’s not that the software isn’t functional, but in terms of pre-purchase handling and the start-up process, I felt it could be handled in a more organized way. That’s what I would tell a friend if they asked.
