here’s how it went after the first try
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect after the initial sales conversation, so I gave the software a good go over a few days to gauge its consistency. At first, it was pretty smooth — setting up the account and dialing through the built-in calling tools felt simple, the onboarding flow covered key points cleanly, and the database seemed to fit well with what I needed. However, after day two, some quirks appeared, like a couple of features glitching or the updates changing a button spot without notice, which made the workflow a bit disorienting. Telephonic support was reachable but sometimes took longer to respond than I hoped. Invoicing worked fine but lacked a certain clarity in terms of itemized billing. All in all, consistent enough to keep using with some patience, but definitely a few bumps along the way. If explaining to a friend, I’d say it’s worth it if you have time to adjust and don’t mind a couple of quirks here and there.
