Here’s how it looked, step by step, to a friend
At the start of my onboarding, I found the ordering of steps a little inconsistent but not unmanageable. Initially, setting up the database and getting access to the calling tools happened smoothly enough, which gave me a good taste of the platform. The training materials followed shortly thereafter but jumped around in ways that threw me off a bit — for instance, covering advanced dialer features before I fully understood the basics felt premature. On the plus side, their automatic updates rolled out without fuss, and I rarely encountered downtime. Support was available but not always immediately, which made some segments slower to resolve. Overall, I’d say the workflow had potential, yet some reordering and pacing of the training content would make it feel more logical and less like guesswork. When chatting about it with a friend, I’d say it’s a decent setup with room to grow in sequence and clarity but definitely not unusable or frustrating outright.
