Here’s how I would explain the training and onboarding to a friend honestly
So, when I first signed up for the WFHI software and training, I found the onboarding steps fairly straightforward at the start, but then a few things felt out of order. For instance, the database setup was something they asked me to learn about early on, but it felt like I needed to understand more about the calling dialer first to really make sense of it. The training modules were helpful, but sometimes I had to jump back and forth because one step referenced features that were covered only later in the program. It wasn’t a complete mess, but it wasn’t perfectly smooth either. I appreciated being able to call the support team for help, which made a big difference as I was figuring things out. The automatic updates sometimes changed how tools looked, so I had to re-learn bits here and there. Overall, if I were telling a friend, I’d say it’s useful and gets you up to speed, but expect to do some backtracking as you go along, and maybe give yourself some extra time at the start.
