Helpline helpful but daily quirks remain
My experience from pre-purchase to daily usage with WFHI was mostly positive, but some parts worked better than others day to day. On the one hand, signing up, getting the invoice, and initial training was straightforward and efficient – the kind of process that left me feeling welcomed and well-informed. However, once I started integrating the calling tools and accessing the database, I noticed an occasional glitch or slow loading time that would make the software a little less convenient on hectic days. These weren't deal breakers, just minor irritations. Interestingly, when I contacted support about these, they were helpful and explained what might be causing the delay without any hassle, which I appreciated. This balanced view is what I'd share with anyone thinking of this software: it’s reliable and well supported but does have everyday issues that can interrupt your flow, especially if you depend on flawless real-time access. Still, I found myself reassured by the ongoing communication and proactive updates while using the system day to day.
