Helping a friend get around: it's pretty okay actually
When I first signed up for WFHI, I wasn’t quite sure how easy it would be to find what I needed in the software and training materials. Honestly, it was mostly pretty easy. The dashboard felt intuitive enough, and the database feature was something I could locate and use without too much digging. But then again, I found some labels to be a bit ambiguous at times, which made me pause and double-check if I was in the right place. That made me second guess myself more than once, wondering if I missed a step or misunderstood something. The calling tools and dialer were simple enough to get started on, with the training videos walking you through setup. I did spend longer than expected figuring out some of the finer points, like how exactly automatic updates worked in the background. Support was reachable when I needed help, but I hesitated to call unless absolutely necessary because I wasn’t always sure what to ask. Sign-up and payment went smoothly, and invoicing was clear, which was a relief for administrative stuff. I think I would tell a friend it’s a good platform overall once you get used to the navigation and terminology, even if the initial learning curve feels a bit fuzzy here and there.
