I went into this without knowing much about what to expect from the sales and pre-purchase setup. The software itself was easy enough to access and start using after sign-up, and the dialer performed decently in daily use. What was missing was clearer guidance during the purchase stage — I had to figure out payment options and database integration on my own. There wasn’t a detailed enough explanation of what training included or how the calling tools worked in an actual workflow before buying. While I appreciated the product’s capabilities once it was running, I wish there had been more upfront information to help me decide and prepare.
