Support se baat karna asaan tha, mujhe wo chize mil gayi jo main dhoond rahi thi. Software mein kuch chhoti cheezein samajhne mein time laga, magar jab maine support ko call kiya toh unhone patiently samjhaya. Telephonic support helpful thi, par kabhi kabhi lagta hai ki documentation thoda aur clear hona chahiye. Payment process bhi kaafi seedha tha, invoice jaldi mil gayi mujhe, which was nice. Kabhi kabhi automatic updates ke baare mein clarity thodi kam lagti hai, but overall experience positive raha. Bas thoda aur streamline karne ki jagah hai taki naye users ko zyada aasani ho. Lekin support kaafi responsive thi aur usi wajah se main 4 stars hi dungi, kyunki itna acha communication milna sab jagah nahi hota.
