Helpful support but might need them again
The telephonic support was generally helpful and answered most of my queries without much fuss. It was comforting to have someone to speak with, especially during the onboarding and invoicing stages, because some processes took me a while to comprehend. However, the communication sometimes felt inconsistent, with waiting times that were longer than I expected. While they guided me through some technical issues with the dialer and database features, I left the calls occasionally unsure if the solutions were permanent or just temporary fixes. Given that, I suspect I might need to reach out for assistance again in the future as I continue to use the software and navigate updates. It’s good that support is available, but I do wish the responses were a bit quicker and more complete, so I wouldn't have to follow up as often.
