Helpful support, but had a wait
While the support team was very helpful when I reached out for assistance, I did have to wait a bit longer this time than I expected. However, once I got connected, the answers provided were clear and resolved my issues quickly. In future, I might reach out for help again but would hope for a quicker response next time.
