Helpful start but missing some crucial follow-up
So I went through the onboarding and training sessions hoping to get really solid footing, but my confidence ended up feeling a bit split. The initial segments of the training were quite clear, and I appreciated the step-by-step videos and pacing; it helped reduce my anxiety about the new tools. However, there was this nagging feeling that something was missing when it came to practical examples covering edge cases or troubleshooting common issues within the platform. I ended up circling back to the training materials multiple times because some points weren't explained fully or clearly. By the end, I wasn't exactly lost, but I wasn't fully confident either. It’s like they gave me the map but forgot to highlight some of the tricky paths that I’d be using day to day. I do think this could improve with some supplementary resources or maybe more interactive sessions where you can ask questions live. Overall it was decent, but I can’t say it covered everything I expected from a training program.
