Helpful Sales Info, But I Had To Figure Out A Lot
When I first signed up, I found some of the sales explanations useful, especially about the general features included in the package. That helped me know what to expect and set up the initial database without too much trouble. However, I still had to work out many details on my own, such as how to use the dialer efficiently and the timing of automatic updates, which weren’t very clearly explained during the onboarding process. While telephonic support was available for questions, I hesitated to rely on it heavily because it seemed slow to respond at times. I also noticed that the invoicing and payment system showed some inconsistencies, making me double-check several parts before completing the order. Nonetheless, the training sessions were valuable and addressed many of the concerns I had with the calling tools, which helped build confidence. If the onboarding had included more step-by-step guidance upfront, it would have been better, but overall, it was an okay experience with room for improvement.
