The software fit well around the hours I actually work, which are often sporadic. I liked how the automatic updates didn’t interrupt my access during off-peak times. But on the downside, some features of the database felt a bit rigid when I was trying to adjust schedule details on the fly. The sign-up and payment process went smoothly without any glitches, which was reassuring. While most of the call handling tools adapted reasonably well to my hours, I sometimes felt a bit constrained in customization. Overall, it worked well enough around my timing needs though there’s room for more flexible matching. Still, I would use this software again since its strengths outweigh the small limitations I found.
