Helpful but with some real figuring out needed
Using this software has been a bit of a journey with ups and downs. The initial training and onboarding covered many important parts, but I still found myself having to work through some details solo, especially when managing the database feature and dialing tools in real situations. The software itself is quite powerful, but without clear labels or very detailed guides on certain features, I usually had to experiment to find the best approach. The automatic updates are helpful and keep things current, which I appreciate. The sign-up and payment process went fairly smoothly, so no issues there. My only reservation is that I think the software could be more user-friendly in its communication of key steps or options, which would have saved some time and guesswork. Overall, the experience felt like a mix—effective software but with some self-led learning required.
