Helpful but missed matching my hours fully
When I signed up for the training and onboarding, I expected it to be more flexible around my actual working hours since I often work late evenings. The sessions were mainly scheduled during typical daytime hours, which made it harder for me to engage in live training at the times I am usually available. However, the onboarding flow was quite smooth once I adjusted to the timing. I liked that the software interface allowed me to track progress and access recorded sessions which helped when I missed live parts. If the training hours could align more with various work schedules, especially for night shift workers like me, it would be more inclusive. Overall, it was a decent fit but missed a crucial piece by not accommodating irregular hours better. The rest of the content was relevant and well laid out, and I appreciated access to resources even outside the class times. Hopefully the team considers more adaptable timing options in future updates, as this would significantly improve the onboarding experience for people with different work patterns.
