Jo explanation diye woh adhura tha aur baar-baar mujhe repeat karna pada apni baat. Software ke issues ke baare mein poora samajh nahi paaye woh log, isliye mujhe lagta hai agli baar bhi help ke liye call karna padega. Matlab, support system mein transparency aur effectively samajhne wali baat ki kami thi, jo disappointed karne wali thi.
